Public Hearing - Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 562, 2026

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Silverton will hold a Public Hearing in accordance with the Local Government Act to receive representations from persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 562, 2026.

The purpose of Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 562, 2026 is to replace the Village's existing Official Community Plan and establish a new long-term vision for the Village of Silverton. The proposed bylaw also designates Development Permit Areas and includes updated policies to address current housing needs and provincial legislative requirements.
